Kenneth Nyakabwa

| "Japanese Geisha with contraband" by Kenneth
Nyakabwa. Acrylic on canvas. About Kenneth Nyakabwa: Growing up in 1980s Kampala Uganda, Kenneth's life mimicked a Norman Rockwell painting in many ways. After an unsatisfying stint as an artist, he worked as a carpenter and builder of homes, and the construction skills he learned profoundly impacted his creative work. His art is known for its high energy and mixed media abstraction. Manipulating tar paper and carbon steel, his elegant, symbiotic creations are at once powerful and delicate.
